We use your data to: respond to your enquiry, provide our services, send service-related communications, and improve our business. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing without your consent.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data on the basis of: (a) your consent given when submitting the contact form, (b) contract performance where we are providing services to you, and (c) legitimate interests in running and improving our business.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
Enquiry data is retained for 12 months. Client data is retained for the duration of the contract plus 6 years for legal and accounting purposes, in line with UK law.
6. Your Rights

7. Third Parties
We use GoHighLevel (CRM, automation, and website widgets — including our booking calendar, contact form, and live chat) and Stripe (payment processing) as data processors. Both process data under their own standard Data Processing Agreements, which we are bound by as customers of their platforms. Where a processor stores or transfers data outside the UK/EEA, that transfer is covered by the safeguards set out in their standard terms, in line with UK GDPR.
8. Cookies
This website uses a small number of strictly necessary and functional cookies, set by our booking calendar, contact form, and live chat widget (provided by GoHighLevel), to make those features work correctly. 1. Agreement
Valor Digital is a trading name of David Queen (sole trader), based at 58 Bowton Road, Kinross, KY13 8EH, Scotland. By engaging Valor Digital for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms form the basis of any contract between Valor Digital and the client.
2. Services
Valor Digital provides business automation systems, AI tools, website builds, and related digital services as agreed at the point of engagement. The specific services delivered are confirmed in writing prior to commencement.
3. Payment
Monthly retainer fees are billed in advance. Payment is due on the agreed date each month. Invoices not paid within 14 days may result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to charge statutory interest on overdue amounts under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
4. Founding Client Pricing
Clients who sign up before 31 August 2026 are locked into their founding price for the lifetime of their subscription, provided payments remain current. This guarantee is void if the subscription lapses or is cancelled.
5. Cancellation
Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice to hello@valordigital.co.uk. No refunds are issued for the current billing period. On cancellation, client data held within Valor Digital systems will be exported and made available for 30 days before deletion.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, responding to onboarding requests promptly, and ensuring their own use of the automation system complies with applicable law including PECR and UK GDPR.
7. Limitation of Liability
Valor Digital's liability is limited to the monthly fees paid in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of revenue, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
8. Complaints
If you have a complaint, contact us in writing at hello@valordigital.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 days. If unresolved, you may escalate to an independent mediator.
9. Intellectual Property
All automation systems, workflows, and website designs built by Valor Digital remain the intellectual property of Valor Digital until full payment is received. On payment, the client receives a licence to use the system for their business.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
